Whether through a roaming photographer, a studio portrait setup or instant photo sharing via QR code, we create a seamless experience where guests can capture, view and download their photos in real time. Thoughtfully designed for weddings, corporate events and celebrations of all sizes, The Guest Experience combines professional photography with a simple and interactive workflow allowing everyone to be part of the story.

Walk-In Set up.
A casual portrait station using your event's photo wall as the backdrop. Guests simply walk in, pose, and continue enjoying the celebration while our crew manages the station behind the scenes.

Social Capture.
Our photographer moves throughout the event, documenting candid interactions, group photos and individual portraits, ensuring every guest has a chance to be part of the story.

Studio Set up.
A portable studio featuring a professional backdrop and lighting setup, creating clean, timeless portraits for individuals, couples, families and groups.

All collection include:  Three to four hours session, Experience a photographer (except Walk-In Set up) and assistant, live photo upload and downloadable with provided QR code.
Important Information
Booking is confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit. Live photo uploads depend on venue internet connectivity. Gallery access is available for a limited time. Face Recognition consent, Selfies are not stored or used to train AI models and are only used to help guests locate their photos and download. Custom Event Overlay is available upon request and subject to the client's branding or event design.
The Guest Experience complements your official event coverage and may be adapted based on venue conditions, lighting and operational requirements to ensure the best possible experience.
